基于视觉机械臂开发的智能加油站系统研究

摘要 针对传统加油站的人工加油模式,加油效率低,安全隐患大,人工成本高等诸多弊端,以物联网无线通信、机械控制技术为基础,以嵌入式软硬件开发技术为手段,以多传感器数据融合、opencv图像处理、PID算法、视觉定位等技术为核心,设计开发了一款基于视觉机械臂开发的智能加油站。实验表明该系统是一个“安全、环保、便捷、智能”的汽车生活驿站,全面提升现代化综合服务商的品牌效益、经济效益和社会效益。 For the artificial refueling model of traditional gas stations,there are many disadvantages such as low refueling efficiency,low safety hazards,and high labor costs.Based on the Internet of Things wireless communication and mechanical control technology,the use of embedded software and hardware development technology as the means.Sensor data fusion,OpenCV image processing,PID algorithm,visual positioning and other technologies are the core.It has designed and developed a smart gas station developed based on visual robotic arm development.Experiments show that the system is a"safe,environmental protection,convenient,and intelligent"car life station,which comprehensively improves the brand's brand benefits,economic benefits and social benefits of modern comprehensive service providers.
