基于主成分与分子标记鉴定的樱桃番茄新组合综合评价

摘要 以28份樱桃番茄组合为试材,通过对15个果实数量性状的主成分分析及对其抗病性的分子标记鉴定进行综合评价,以期为樱桃番茄新品种的选育提供理论参考。结果表明,28份樱桃番茄杂交组合之间均存在明显的遗传差异;通过主成分分析,以方差贡献率大于79%为标准,提取5个主成分累计方差贡献率达79.64%,对主成分因子进行未旋转因子得分,计算各樱桃番茄的综合得分并对其进行排序,以综合得分大于0.9为标准,有A6、A1、A8、A28、A7综合得分位居前5,且通过抗病性分子标记鉴定表明这5个组合均含有10个抗病位点基因,因此这5个组合的综合品质和抗病性均表现较好,适合进一步试种推广。 Taking 28 cherry tomato combinations as test materials,the principal component analysis of 15 fruit quantitative characters and the molecular marker identification of their disease resistance were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide theoretical reference for the breeding of new cherry tomato varieties.The results showed that there were obvious genetic differences among the 28 cherry tomato hybrid combinations;through principal component analysis,with the variance contribution rate greater than 79%as the standard,the cumulative variance contribution rate of 5 principal components was extracted to reach 79.64%,and the unrotated factor scores were calculated,and the comprehensive scores of each cherry tomato were calculated and sorted.Taking the comprehensive score greater than 0.9 as the standard,the comprehensive scores of A6,A1,A8,A28,and A7 ranked in the top five,and the disease resistance molecules Marker identification showed that these 5 combinations all contained 10 disease resistance loci genes,so the comprehensive quality and disease resistance of these 5 combinations were the best,and they were suitable for further trial and promotion.
