摘要
为指导西北地区湿地盐碱化改良和生态修复,以宁夏太阳山湿地作为试验区,通过水培试验,研究不同盐度下西芹(Apium graveolens Linn)、花花柴[Karelinia caspia(Pall.)Less]、千屈菜(Lythrum salicaria L.)、黄菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus L.)、马蔺[Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis(Fisch.)Koidz]、水葱(Scirpus validus Vahl)6种植物的耐盐能力。结果表明,西芹、花花柴、千屈菜、黄菖蒲、马蔺、水葱6种植物在保证其成活率为50%的条件下,耐盐阈值分别为3.30‰、10.10‰、4.30‰、8.00‰、8.90‰、5.90‰,其耐盐性从强到弱依次为花花柴>马蔺>黄菖蒲>水葱>千屈菜>西芹。盐度超过5.00‰的强盐碱地区,花花柴、马蔺、黄菖蒲、水葱可作为生态修复的首选植物;盐度位于3.00‰~5.00‰的中度盐碱地区,西芹、千屈菜也可作为植物首选。
In order to guide the salinization improvement and ecological restoration of wetlands in northwest China,the Taiyangshan wetland in Ningxia was used as the experimental area to study the salt tolerance of six kinds of plants such as Apium graveolens Linn,Karelinia caspia(Pall.)Less,Lythrum salicaria L.,Iris pseudacorus L.,Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis(Fisch.)Koidz and Scirpus validus Vahl under different salinity levels by water culture experiment.The results showed that under the condition of 50%survival rate,the salt tolerance threshold of the six kinds of plants such as A.graveolens,K.caspia,L.salicaria,I.pseudacorus,I.lactea and S.validus were 3.30‰,10.10‰,4.30‰,8.00‰,8.90‰and 5.90‰,respectively.The salt tolerance of the six kinds of plants was in the order of K.caspia,I.lactea,I.pseudacorus,S.validus,A.graveolens.In the highly saline and alkaline areas with salinity above 5.00‰,K.caspia,I.pseudacorus,I.lactea and S.validus could be the first choice for ecological restoration.In the salinity 3.00‰-5.00‰moderately saline area,L.salicaria and A.graveolens could also be used as the first choice.
