摘要
[目的]降低复烤加工成品片烟化学质量指标变异系数及提高现场工作效率。[方法]选择云南昆明地区50 t烟叶,以烟叶化学成分烟碱作为主要参数,结合总糖、总氮、还原糖等多项指标进行分组均匀投料研究。首先按烟叶化学成分烟碱高、中、低分组混配挑选出半成品烟叶,通过曼哈顿距离模型指导半成品烟叶出入库堆码;然后运用系统聚类分析方法对半成品烟叶进行聚类分组,化学指标相似的聚为一组;最后投料时,利用贪心算法模型对聚类分组结果进行小批次均匀投料。[结果]采用信息系统结合曼哈顿模型指导烟叶出入库堆码能有效提高现场作业效率;使用系统聚类分组和贪心算法均匀投料,能有效降低烟叶各化学指标变异系数,提高烟叶化学质量稳定性。[结论]该研究结果可应用于平库条件下提高复烤均质化加工水平,同时对未来组建高架库支撑复烤均质化加工提供参考。
[Objective]In order to reduce the variation coefficient of chemical quality index of redried finished tobacco and improve the on-site work efficiency.[Method]This paper selects 50 tons of tobacco leaves in Kunming,Yunnan Province,takes the chemical composition nicotine of tobacco leaves as the main parameter,and studies the grouping and uniform feeding in combination with multiple indexes such as total sugar,total nitrogen and reducing sugar.Firstly,semi-finished tobacco leaves were selected according to the chemical composition of tobacco leaves,nicotine high,medium and low groups,and the stacking of semi-finished tobacco leaves was guided by Manhattan distance model;then the semi-finished tobacco leaves were clustered and grouped by using the method of systematic cluster analysis,and those with similar chemical indexes were clustered into a group;finally,when feeding,the greedy algorithm model is used to feed the clustering grouping results evenly in small batches.[Result]The results show that the information system combined with Manhattan model can effectively improve the on-site operation efficiency;Using systematic clustering grouping and greedy algorithm to feed evenly can effectively reduce the variation coefficient of chemical indexes of tobacco leaves and improve the stability of chemical quality of tobacco leaves.[Conclusion]The research results can be applied to improve the level of redrying homogenization processing under the condition of flat warehouse,and provide a reference for the establishment of elevated warehouse to support redrying homogenization processing in the future.
