基于云服务的有序分散负荷T接分支箱设计

摘要 针对新能源充电设施的智能化发展趋势,通过分析新能源汽车智能充电桩与电网稳定运行之间的关系,提出对充电桩进行分时控制和负荷控制的具备保护功能的智能控制系统。该系统通过在充电桩与上级电源之间增加智能微型断路器模块和智能网关模块,通过智能网关自动对智能微断进行控制,从而达到对充电桩分时控制和负荷控制的功能。同时,通过云服务系统,实时采集系统数据和对用电数据进行分析,制定充电桩用电有序分散策略,远程控制设备动作,从而保证充电桩在使用过程中电网不过载运行,实现对上级电源的实时保护,确保电网可靠稳定运行。 This paper analyzes the relationship between the intelligent charging pile of the new energy vehicle and the stable operation of power grid,proposes an intelligent control system with protection function for time-sharing control and load control of charging pile.The system adds intelligent micro-circuit breaker module and intelligent gateway module between charging pile and superior power supply.The intelligent gateway is used to control intelligent micro-break automatically so as to achieve time-sharing control and load control of charging pile.Meanwhile,the cloud service system analyzes collected data and power consumption data,orderly distribution strategy of power consumption of charging piles is formulated to remotely control device actions,so that the power grid does not run under load during the use of charging piles.It realizes real-time protection of the superior power supply,and ensures the reliable and stable operation of the power grid.
