可监管的区块链交易隐私保护方案

摘要 为了解决区块链交易中兼具隐私保护和监管功能的问题,提出一种可监管的区块链交易隐私保护方案。通过采用概率公钥加密算法实现区块链交易用户真实身份的隐藏,利用承诺方案和零知识证明技术实现交易金额的隐私保护,并保证交易的合法性验证,借助基于身份的加密体制实现监管机构对区块链交易的监督,并且监管机构无须存储用户的真实身份和密钥信息,大幅降低存储计算和密钥管理压力。该方案不依赖具体的共识机制,可作为独立模块应用在现有区块链技术中,具有简单和实用的特点,在数字资产、金融科技和能源交易等领域中具有广泛的应用价值。 In order to solve the problem of both privacy preserving and supervision functions in blockchain transactions,a supervisable blockchain transaction privacy preserving scheme is proposed.Through the use of probabilistic public key encryption algorithm to realize the concealment of the real identity of blockchain transaction users,the commitment schemes and zero-knowledge proof technology were used to realize the privacy protection of the transaction amount,and to ensure the legality verification of the transaction,and realize the regulatory agency with the help of an identity-based encryption system.The supervision of blockchain transactions and the regulator did not need to store the user's real identity and key information,which greatly reduced the pressure on storage calculations and key management.This solution did not rely on a specific consensus mechanism,and could be used as an independent module in the existing blockchain technology.It had simple and practical characteristics and had a wide range of application values in the fields of digital assets,financial technology and energy transactions.
