养阴清肺膏联合吸入用布地奈德治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿的效果

Effects of Yangyin Qingfei ointment combined with Budesonide for inhalation in treatment of children with cough after respiratory tract infection

目的:观察养阴清肺膏联合吸入用布地奈德治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年3月该院收治的62例呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组32例和对照组30例。对照组采取吸入用布地奈德治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取养阴清肺膏治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、细胞因子指标[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)]水平、生命质量评分和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IFN-γ水平高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-4水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组生理、社会、心理等生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:养阴清肺膏联合吸入用布地奈德治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿可提高生命质量评分,改善细胞因子指标水平,降低中医证候积分,效果优于单纯吸入用布地奈德治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yangyin Qingfei ointment combined with Budesonide for inhalation in treatment of children with cough after respiratory tract infection.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 62 children with cough after respiratory tract infection admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to March 2022.They were divided into study group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide for inhalation,while the study group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei ointment on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,the cytokines levels[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4)],the quality of life score,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as cough,expectoration and pharyngeal itching in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of IFN-γin the study group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of TNF-αand IL-4 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of physiological,social and psychological quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yangyin Qingfei ointment combined with Budesonide inhalation in the treatment of the children with cough after respiratory tract infection can improve the quality of life scores,improve the levels of cytokines,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Budesonide for inhalation treatment.
