甲状腺癌根治术后患者出院准备度与出院指导质量、护士人文关怀品质的相关性

Correlations among discharge readiness and discharge guidance,nurses’humanistic care in patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy

目的:分析甲状腺癌根治术后患者出院准备度与出院指导质量、护士人文关怀品质的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年3月该院收治的102例甲状腺癌根治术后患者进行横断面研究,于患者出院前4 h进行问卷[出院准备度量表(RHDS)、出院指导质量量表(QDTS)、护士人文关怀品质测评量表]调查,采用Pearson相关性分析法对RHDS评分与QDTS评分、护士人文关怀品质测评量表评分的相关性进行分析。结果:102例甲状腺癌根治术后患者RHDS总分为(157.15±16.52)分,QDTS总分为(89.14±7.98)分,护士人文关怀品质测评量表总分为(114.70±9.44)分。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,甲状腺癌根治术后患者RHDS总分与QDTS总分呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05),RHDS总分与护士人文关怀品质测评量表总分呈正相关(r=0.488,P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺癌根治术后患者出院准备度与出院指导质量、护士人文关怀品质均呈正相关。

Objective:To observe correlations among discharge readiness and discharge guidance,nurses’humanistic care in patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 102 patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy in this hospital from January 2020 to March 2022.The questionnaire[readiness of hospital discharge(RHDS),quality of discharge teaching scale(QDTS),nurses’humanistic care quality assessment scale]was conducted 4 hours before discharge.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the RHDS scores and QDTS scores,nurses’humanistic care quality assessment scale scores.Results:The total score of RHDS in the 102 patients with radical thyroidectomy was(157.15±16.52),the total score of QDTS was(89.14±7.98),and the nurses’humanistic care quality assessment scale score was(114.70±9.44).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of RHDS was positively correlated with the total score of QDTS(r=0.512,P<0.05),and the total score of RHDS was positively correlated with the total score of nurses’humanistic care quality assessment scale(r=0.488,P<0.05).Conclusions:The readiness of hospital discharge is positively correlated with the quality of discharge teaching and nurses’humanistic care quality in the patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.
