疏风解毒胶囊结合克拉霉素胶囊、生理盐水冲洗对急性鼻窦炎患者症状积分的影响

Effect of Shufengjiedu capsule combined with clarithromycin capsule and normal saline irrigation on symptom score of patients with acute sinusitis

目的:分析疏风解毒胶囊结合克拉霉素胶囊、生理盐水冲洗对急性鼻窦炎患者的影响。方法:将86例急性鼻窦炎患者按简单随机化法分为相等例数的两组,即对照组43例,给予生理盐水冲洗以及服用克拉霉素胶囊;观察组43例,在此基础上加服疏风解毒胶囊;对比两组的临床症状变化、治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后观察组的鼻塞、流涕、鼻腔黏膜增厚、头痛积分、致炎因子表达水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。两组的不良反应发生率比较,P>0.05。结论:疏风解毒胶囊结合克拉霉素胶囊、生理盐水冲洗治疗急性鼻窦炎可减轻患者的临床症状,提高患者的治疗效果,缓解机体炎症反应。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with clarithromycin capsule and normal saline irrigation on patients with acute sinusitis.Methods:86 patients with acute sinusitis were divided into two groups with equal number of cases according to simple randomization method,that is,43 cases in the control group,which were given normal saline irrigation and clarithromycin capsules.Observation group of 43 cases,on this basis added Shufeng Jiedu capsule;The clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of nasal congestion,runny nose,thickening of nasal mucosa,headache score and inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Shufengjiedu capsule combined with clarithromycin capsule and normal saline irrigation can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with acute sinusitis,improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and alleviate the inflammatory response of the body.
