血液透析结合健脾益肾方对慢性肾衰竭患者营养指标的影响

Influence of hemodialysis combined with Jianpi Yishen recipe on nutritional indexes of patients with chronic renal failure

目的:分析血液透析结合健脾益肾方对慢性肾衰竭患者营养指标的影响。方法:将80例慢性肾衰竭患者按简单随机化法分为相同例数的两组,即对照组40例,接受血液透析;观察组40例,在此基础上加用健脾益肾方治疗;比较两组的治疗效果和营养水平。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(97.50%)优于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05。治疗后观察组的血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及前白蛋白(PA)水平均高于对照组,营养不良-炎症评分法(MIS)评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:血液透析结合健脾益肾方治疗慢性肾衰竭能提高治疗效果,改善患者的营养指标,减轻营养不良-炎症状态。

Objective:To analyze the effects of hemodialysis combined with Jianpi Yishen recipe on nutritional indexes of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into two groups with the same number of cases according to simple randomization method,that is,40 patients in the control group,receiving hemodialysis;Observation group 40 cases,on the basis of this plus Jianpi Yishen prescription treatment;The therapeutic effect and nutritional level of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was better than that of the control group(80.00%),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),transferrin(TRF)and prealbumin(PA)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores of dystrophy-inflammation score(MIS)were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with Jianpi Yishen recipe can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic renal failure,improve the nutritional index of patients,and reduce the state of malnutrition and inflammation.
