化疗联合免疫治疗肺鳞癌伴心脏侵犯患者一例

A case of squamous lung cancer with cardiac invasion treated by chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy

肺鳞癌伴心脏侵犯是一种极罕见的恶性肿瘤,死亡率较高,临床上缺乏特异性、易漏诊、误诊。本文报道了晚期肺鳞癌伴心脏侵犯一例,患者经免疫治疗联合化疗后,预后良好,无不良事件发生,证明此方案安全有效。现报道其诊治经过,以供临床参考。

Squamous lung cancer with cardiac invasion is an extremely rare malignancy with a high mortality rate,which is clinically low in specificity and easily missed and misdiagnosed.This paper report a case of advanced squamous lung cancer with cardiac invasion.After immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy,the patient had a good prognosis and no adverse events,which proved that this regimen was safe and effective.The diagnosis and treatment of this case are reported for clinical reference.
