药物罐结合中药塌渍治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病的效果分析

Effect analysis of medicament jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的分析药物罐结合中药塌渍治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病患者的临床效果。方法60例气滞血瘀型冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取药物罐结合中药塌渍治疗。比较两组患者中医证候评分、临床疗效及心绞痛积分。结果治疗后3、6个月,试验组中医证候评分分别为(5.50±2.12)、(2.32±2.13)分,均低于于对照组的(8.45±2.21)、(5.58±2.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率83.33%高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月,试验组心绞痛积分分别为(8.78±1.32)、(2.40±2.82)分,均低于对照组的(12.90±1.43)、(7.91±2.83),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取药物罐结合中药塌渍治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of medicament jar combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the experimental group was treated with medicament jar and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,clinical efficacy and angina pectoris score were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were(5.50±2.12)and(2.32±2.13)points,which were lower than those of(8.45±2.21)and(5.58±2.13)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than that of 50.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the angina scores in the experimental groups were(8.78±1.32)and(2.40±2.82)points,which were lower than those of(12.90±1.43)and(7.91±2.83)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of medicament jar and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is worth popularizing.
