除湿胃苓汤加减联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗脾虚型慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of modified Chushi Weiling Decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in treating chronic urticaria of spleen deficiency type

目的研究除湿胃苓汤加减合联盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗脾虚型慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法110例脾虚型慢性荨麻疹患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,观察组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片联合除湿胃苓汤加减治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及生活质量、症状评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.36%高于对照组的80.00%,复发率5.45%低于对照组的27.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2、4周后的症状评分分别为(5.40±1.30)、(2.50±1.20)分,均低于对照组的(7.20±1.50)、(4.10±1.30)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分(5.40±3.50)分低于对照组的(10.20±4.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论除湿胃苓汤加减联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗脾虚型慢性荨麻疹效果显著,可促进患者症状改善,提升患者的生活质量,且疾病复发风险低。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Chushi Weiling Decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria of spleen deficiency type.Methods A total of 110 cases of chronic urticaria of spleen deficiency type were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets and modified Chushi Weiling Decoction.The therapeutic effect,recurrence,quality of life and symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 96.36% in the observation group was higher than that of 80.00% in the control group,and the recurrence rate of 5.45% was lower than that of 27.27% of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group were(5.40±1.30)and(2.50±1.20)points,which were lower than those of(7.20±1.50)and(4.10±1.30)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of(5.40±3.50)points in the observation group was lower than that of(10.20±4.50)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified chushi Weiling Decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets is effective in treating chronic urticaria of spleen deficiency type,and can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and the risk of disease recurrence is low.
