人乳头瘤病毒E6/E7 mRNA筛查宫颈病变研究进展

Research Progress of Human Papilloma Virus E6/E7 mRNA in Cervical Lesion Screening

宫颈癌筛查的目的是早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗宫颈癌前病变和早期宫颈癌。目前宫颈癌筛查有局限性,细胞学检查特异性强,但敏感度差;人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)DNA检查敏感度高,但特异性差。HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测在宫颈疾病早期筛查、宫颈病变发展及治疗后复发进展中具有较高的诊断敏感性及特异性,具有一定应用前景。该文总结了HPV E6/E7 mRNA在宫颈病变筛查中的研究进展,为临床选择宫颈病变筛查方法提供参考。

The cervical cancer screening is intended for early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment of precancerous cervical lesions and early cervical cancer.At present,cervical cancer screening has limitations.Cytology testing has good specificity and poor sensitivity.Human papilloma virus(HPV)DNA testing has high sensitivity and poor specificity.HPV E6/E7 mRNA testing has high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity in early screening of cervical diseases,development of cervical lesions,and recurrence progression after treatment,and has certain application prospects.This article summarizes the research progress of HPC E6/E7 mRNA in cervical lesion screening,and provides reference for clinical selection of cervical lesion screening method.
