即刻种植治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Immediate Implantation in Treatment of Tooth Loss

目的:探讨即刻种植在牙齿缺失患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月红河皓雅口腔医院收治的牙齿缺失患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用延迟种植治疗,观察组采用即刻种植治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组修复总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。治疗后,观察组种植体稳定性系数、红色美学指数、主观满意度评分高于对照组,口腔健康相关生活质量评分、牙周指标评分、牙槽骨吸收量、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙齿缺失患者实施即刻种植治疗的效果显著,稳定性强、美观性高、并发症少、牙槽骨吸收量少,可以尽快改善牙周健康状况,提高患者生活质量及修复满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of immediate implantation in patients with tooth loss.Methods:A total of 100 patients with tooth loss admitted to Honghe Haoya Dental Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received delayed implantation treatment and the observation group received immediate implantation treatment.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total repair effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).After treatment,implant stability coefficient,red aesthetic index and subjective satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while oral health-related quality of life score,periodontal indicator score,alveolar bone resorption volume,and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implantation treatment for patients with tooth loss has significant effects,strong stability,high aesthetics,fewer complications,and less alveolar bone resorption,which can improve the periodontal health status as soon as possible,and elevate the quality of life and repair satisfaction.
