全层减张缝合预防普外科腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨全层减张缝合预防普外科腹部Ⅲ类手术切口感染的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年12月湖北省宜昌市秭归县人民医院收治的腹部Ⅲ类手术切口的患者71例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=37)。对照组采用常规分层缝合,观察组采用全层减张缝合。比较两组感染情况、住院时间与并发症发生率。结果:观察组切口感染率低于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术后3个月内并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:普外科腹部Ⅲ类手术切口患者采取全层减张缝合的效果良好,可降低切口感染率,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of full-layer tension-reduced suture in avoiding incision infection in general abdominal surgery type III.Methods:71 patients undergoing abdominal surgery type Ⅲ admitted to Zigui County People's Hospital of Yichang City,Hubei Province from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group(n=37)using the method of randomized numerical table.Conventional layered suture was used in the control group,and full-layer tension-reduced suture was explored in the observation group.The infection incidences,hospital stay duration and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group within three months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The full-layer tension-reduced suture in patients undergoing abdominal surgery type III works well,in which incision infection rate and incidence of postoperative complications could be effectively reduced,and hospitalization duration is shortened.
