肾上腺色腙片在结肠镜息肉切除术后患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Carbazochrome Tablets in Patients After Colonoscopic Polypectomy

目的:探讨肾上腺色腙片在结肠镜下息肉切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3—6月于韶关市中医院接受结肠镜息肉切除术的患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=26)。两组术中均应用重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素注射液喷洒创面,观察组在此基础上给予肾上腺色腙片口服。比较两组手术相关指标、凝血功能和出血情况。结果:观察组术后首次下床活动时间和术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组手术前后凝血因子指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后总出血率低于对照组,出血程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾上腺色腙片可降低结肠息肉切除术患者术后出血率,减少出血量,且对凝血功能无显著影响,有助于患者术后早期康复。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of adrenochrome tablets in patients after colonoscopic polypectomy.Methods:60 patients who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy in Shaoguan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group(n=26)by using the method of randomized numerical table.Both groups applied norepinephrine bitartrate solution to spray the trauma intraoperatively while the observation group was given adrenochrome tablets orally on this basis.Surgery-related indexes,coagulation function and bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:The beginning time of first post-surgical offbed activities,post-surgical hospital stay duration of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Comparison of coagulation factor indexes before and after surgery in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total postoperative bleeding rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of bleeding was lighter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbazochrome tablets can reduce the postsurgical bleeding rate and the amount of bleeding in patients with colon polypectomy,and there is no significant effect on the coagulation function,which can help the patients with reaching earlier postoperative recovery.
