子宫下段环扎术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇中的应用效果分析

Investigation on Therapeutic Effect of Cervical Cerclage Combined with Carboprost Tromethamine in Cesarean Labor Puerpera with Scarred Uterus

目的:分析子宫下段环扎术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇在瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年9月南京世纪现代妇产医院接诊的瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组术中采用卡前列素氨丁三醇,观察组采用子宫下段环扎术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇。比较两组手术指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组术后2、24 h出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组头痛、腹泻、颜面潮红、产褥感染、继发性贫血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫下段环扎术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇用于瘢痕子宫剖宫产手术中,能有效降低产妇术中出血量,缩短手术时间、术后下床时间、住院时间,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of cervical cerclage combined with carboprost tromethamine in cesarean labor women with scarred uterus.Methods:100 cases of cesarean labor women with scarred uterus received by Nanjing Century Modern Maternity Hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group using the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 50 cases.In the control group,carboprost tromethamine was used intraoperatively,and in the observation group,cervical cerclage combined with carboprost tromethamine was applied.Comparison of surgical indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were performed.Results:The observation group had less bleeding at 2nd and 24th hour after the surgery than the control group.The operation duration,beginning time of postsurgical off-bed activities,as well as hospital stay duration were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of headache,diarrhea,facial flushing,puerperal infection,and secondary anemia in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:cervical cerclage combined with carboprost tromethamine in cesarean section surgery for women with scarred uterus can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation duration,beginning time of postsurgical off-bed activities,hospital stay duration,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
