摘要 目的:探讨组合型人工肾治疗硝氯酚中毒的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年7月于四川省凉山州昭觉县人民医院接受组合型人工肾治疗的硝氯酚中毒患者15例作为观察组,选取2020年1月—2021年12月使用常规疗法治疗的硝氯酚中毒患者15例作为对照组。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组胆碱酯酶(CHE)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CHE、ALT、AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,双目失明率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:组合型人工肾治疗硝氯酚中毒的效果显著,能够纠正异常生化指标,提高抢救成功率,降低双目失明率。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined artificial kidney treatment of nitroclofene poisoning.Methods:Fifteen patients with nitroclofene poisoning who received combined artificial kidney treatment in Zhaojue County People's Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 15 patients with nitroclofene poisoning treated by conventional therapy from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of cholinesterase(CHE),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine phosphokinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CHE,ALT,AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rescue success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of binocular blindness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combined artificial kidney treatment of nitroclofene poisoning has a significant effect,which can correct abnormal biochemical indicators,increase the rescue success rate,and reduce the binocular blindness rate.
