“新编七步洗手法”口诀在手卫生培训中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of“New Seven-Step Washing Technique”Formula in Hand Hygiene Training

目的:探讨“新编七步洗手法”口诀在手卫生培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月罗田县万密斋医院新进的后勤员工100人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规方法培训,观察组在对照组基础上应用“新编七步洗手法”口诀进行培训。比较两组手卫生知识掌握情况、手卫生依从性、手卫生正确率。结果:观察组手卫生知识考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手卫生依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组手卫生正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手卫生知识培训时应用“新编七步洗手法”口诀,能帮助新进后勤员工快速掌握手卫生相关知识,提高手卫生依从率与手卫生正确率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the"New Seven-Step Washing Technique"formula in hand hygiene training.Methods:A total of 100 new logistics employees of Luotian County Wanmizhai Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received training using the"New Seven-Step Washing Technique"formula on the basis of the control group.The mastery of hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene compliance and hand hygiene correctness rate in two groups were compared.Results:The exam scores of hand hygiene knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The rate of hand hygiene compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The hand hygiene correctness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of"New Seven-Step Washing Technique"formula in hand hygiene knowledge training can help new logistics employees quickly grasp hand hygiene knowledge,increase hand hygiene compliance rate and hand hygiene correctness rate.
