摘要
铝合金材料具有密度小、结构强度高等优点,在航空航天领域应用广泛。硅橡胶等非流体物质的成型与粘接可靠性要求使得铝板窄深槽的加工可行性和稳定性问题凸显出来,因此,铝板窄深槽的加工技术研究变得日益重要。本文采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,基于材料的机械加工性能,从金属切削原理入手,通过控制切削力、夹持力及去除应力的方法,有效控制机加变形,该研究成果目前已有广泛的应用。
Aluminum alloy materials are widely used in aerospace because of their low density and high structural strength.Due to the requirements of the forming and bonding reliability of non-fluid materials such as silicone rubber,the processing feasibility and stability of narrow and deep groove of aluminum plate are highlighted.Therefore,the research on the processing technology of narrow and deep groove of aluminum plate is increasingly important.In this paper,based on the machinability of materials,starting from the principle of metal cutting,the method of combining theoretical analysis and experimental research is used to effectively control the machining deformation by controlling the cutting force,clamping force and removing stress.The research results have been widely used at present.
