在大数据时代背景下,推进高校教育管理现代化是应对教育管理挑战的应有之义。随着教育管理与大数据技术的深度融合,高校教育管理工作面临着教育资源数据库系统不完善、教育资源信息化共建共享程度不足、教育管理工作者队伍信息化素养有待提高等挑战。基于高校教育管理工作面临的挑战,提出了构建完善的教育资源数据库系统、建立健全数据资源整合机制、提升教育管理工作者的信息化素养的对策,以期为高校教育管理工作的顺利开展提供参考。

In the big data,it is necessary to promote the modernization of higher education management to face the challenges of education management.With the deep integration of education management and big data technology,the management of higher education is faced with such challenges as the imperfect educational resource database system,the insufficient degree of co-construction and sharing of educational resources informatization,and the need to improve the informatization literacy of educational administrators.Based on the challenges faced by the management of higher education,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing a perfect educational resource database system,establishing and perfecting the integration mechanism of data resources,and improving the information quality of educational administrators,in order to provide reference for the smooth development of higher education management.
