高校实验室安全管理与落实需要建立完善的实验室安全规范,采取建立健全实验室安全制度、加强实验室安全教育、培养实验人员良好的自我防护意识、建立安全长效检查机制、严格化学品监管等措施,提高实验人员专业素养及安全意识,将实验室安全管理落实到位、责任到人,从而降低实验室安全事故的发生率,减少人员伤亡和财产损失。

Universities should establish and tighten perfect laboratory safety specification,take measures such as establishing a sound laboratory safety systems,strengthening laboratory safety education,cultivating the good self-protection consciousness of the experimentalists,establishing a long-term safety inspection mechanism and strict chemicals supervision,improve the professional quality and safety awareness of laboratory personnel,in order to put the laboratory safety management into place and individual responsibility.It can reduce the incidence of laboratory safety accidents,decrease casualties and property losses.
