摘要
在混合式教学中,学员在课前、课中和课后不同阶段的反馈是评估教学效果的重要依据,也为整个教学过程中教员对接学员学习需求和调整教学设计提供了数据支持。而教员提供给学员的及时反馈,让学员在学习过程中时刻了解自己学习成效与学习目标之间的差距,可为改善学习质量及时调整学习策略。
In blended teaching,the feedback of students in different stages before,during and after class is an important basis for evaluating the teaching effect.It also provides data support for teachers to meet students'learning needs and adjust teaching design in the whole process of teaching.The feedback provided by teachers allows students to understand the gap between their learning effectiveness and learning objectives at all times in the learning process,which can adjust learning strategies in time to improve learning quality.
