复合材料夹层结构拖体尾部强度计算与分析

摘要 某水下拖体尾部采用“田”字型拖体外型结构,尾部壳体和外框架采用复合材料夹层结构,壳体和外框架通过玻璃钢十字翼连接成一体,拖体尾部采用整体结构型式。通过有限元软件分别计算水平舵板和尾部框架在回收时受抨击载荷作用下的强度分析,根据复合材料最大应力准则,判断结构安全,在产品实际使用过程中,产品使用情况良好,该种夹层结构和计算方法可以运用在其他类似产品中。 The tail of an underwater towed vehicle adopts a"Tian"-shaped towed vehicle structure.The structure of tail shell and the outer frame is a composite sandwich structure,which is connected by glass fiber reinforced plastic cross wings.The tail of the owed vehicle adopts the the integral structure.The strength analysis of the horizontal rudder plate and the tail frame under the im⁃pact load during the tow vehicle recovery operation is carried out by finite element software,and the safety of the structure can be judged according to the maximum stress criterion of composite material.During the actual use of the product,the product is in good condition.This sandwich structure and calculation method can be used in other similar products.
