摘要
国内外桥梁智能建造研究虽然有所进展,但是在铁路装配式桥梁领域尚处于起步阶段,未建立有效的装配式桥梁智能建造理论体系、技术体系、标准体系和应用体系,未形成集成化、系统化、全过程的智能管控系统。本文以“智能设计-异构数据融合-智能检测与预拼装-全过程平台化管控”为主线,研究构建装配式桥梁智能建造理论与方法体系,实现设计智能优化、建造场景精准构建、预制构件外观质量智能检测、构件预拼装过程数字化、全过程动态建造绩效智能评估及决策的目标,最终形成铁路装配式桥梁智能建造技术体系。
Although research on intelligent construction of bridges has made progress both domestically and internationally,the field of railway assembled bridges is still in its early stages,without the establishment of an effective theoretical system,technical system,standard system and application system for intelligent construction of assembled bridges,nor the formation of an integrated,systematic and full-process intelligent control system.This paper takes“intelligent design-heterogeneous data fusion-intelligent detection and pre-assembly-whole process platform control”as the main line,studies the construction of an intelligent construction theory and method system for assembled bridges,and aims to achieve the optimization of intelligent design,accurate construction of construction scenes,intelligent detection of exterior quality of prefabricated components,digitalization of component pre-assembly process,intelligent evaluation of the whole process and decision-making of construction performance.Eventually,it forms an intelligent construction technology system for railway assembled bridges.
