摘要
为填补中低速磁浮轨道梁在30 m以上标准跨度的空白,拟定了中低速磁浮轨道梁多种梁高,分别计算其强度与刚度;根据梁承载力要求、变形极限和动力特性,提出了推荐的31.2 m跨中低速磁浮轨道梁高度、顶板、底板和腹板厚度参数。基于推荐的参数制造了等比例试验梁并进行静载试验。研究得出,随着梁高的加高,轨道梁的强度与刚度有较好提升;在满足梁承载力要求、变形极限和动力特性要求的条件下,兼顾城市空间限制以及景观考虑,选择2.4 m梁高作为31.2 m跨度中低速磁浮轨道梁合理梁高。
In order to fill the gap of the standard span of medium and low speed maglev track beam above 30 m,this paper formulated multiple heights of medium and low speed maglev track beams and calculated theirs strength and stiffness.According to beam bearing capacity requirements,deformation limits and dynamic characteristics,the recommended 31.2 m span medium and low speed maglev track beam height,top plate,bottom plate and web thickness parameters were proposed.Based on the recommended parameters,the equal proportion test beam was fabricated and static load test was carried out.The study shows that with the increase of beam height,the strength and stiffness of track beam are improved.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of bearing capacity,deformation limit and dynamic characteristics of the beam,to balance the urban space restriction and landscape consideration,the beam height of 2.4 m is selected as the reasonable beam height of 31.2 m span medium and low-speed maglev track beam.
