钢格构柱与无梁楼板连接处力学性能及抗震分析研究

摘要 在一些建筑结构上,无梁楼板结构正在取代传统的梁板式结构,但是目前并没有桩头板设计、施工及可靠性评估的标准。本文依托澳门南湾湖工程,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对其钢格构柱与无梁楼板处桩头板的连接进行了力学性能分析,并对工程中钢格构柱与无梁楼板连接处安全性能提出了间接的评估方法。通过对实际工程的力学模型进行简化,建立钢格构柱与无梁楼板的桩头板连接模型,对无梁楼盖荷载进行荷载等效;并运用有限元计算获得桩头板应力状态,对桩头板强度、刚度进行了评估,同时也对结构进行了抗震性能分析。桩头板受到的最大等效应力为313.7 MPa,小于材料的屈服应力,楼板挠度未超过极限值;在结构的抗震截面分析中其抗力可以达到相关要求。经过对桩头板强度、刚度的安全评估,考虑其结构抗震分析,最终研究结果得出其结构设计是安全的,可以推广到其他类似工程。 In some building structures,flat slab floor systems are replacing traditional beamandslab structures.However,there is currently no standard for the design,construction,and reliability assessment of pilehead plates in flat slab floor systems.This paper relies on the Nam Van Lake Project in Macao and uses ABAQUS finite element analysis software to analyze the mechanical properties of the connection between the steel lattice columns and the pilehead plates of flat slab floor systems.An indirect evaluation method is proposed for the safety performance of the connection between the steel lattice columns and the flat slab floor systems.By simplifying the mechanical model of actual engineering projects,a connection model of steel lattice column and pilehead plate for beamless floor slabs is established,and the load equivalence of beamless floor slabs is performed.Additionally,the stress state of the pilehead plate is obtained through finite element calculations,and the strength and stiffness of the pilehead plate are evaluated.At the same time,seismic performance analysis is also conducted for the structure.The maximum equivalent stress on the pilehead plate is 313.7 MPa,which is less than the yield stress of the material,and the floor slab deflection does not exceed the limit value.In the seismic section analysis of the structure,its resistance can meet the relevant requirements.After the safety evaluation of the strength and stiffness of the pilehead plates and considering the structural seismic analysis,the research results finally conclude that the structural design is safe and can be applied to similar engineering projects.
