地下工程特殊段落衬砌施工技术研究

摘要 二次衬砌是地下工程施工的关键性工序,普遍采用衬砌台车进行施工,但随着地下工程的用途愈加广泛,各种地下工程特殊段落衬砌的出现,导致传统衬砌台车无法满足目前的施工需求,需对地下工程中特殊段落衬砌进行专题研究,实现专项突破。为此,通过对地下工程特殊段落衬砌施工工艺进行研究,针对此类特殊段落衬砌施工研发了可调节模板结构、可拆分变跨度衬砌台车、高端墙支架法支顶体系、洞室内消防水池两次搭设脚手架工艺以及喇叭口处隧道衬砌支护结构等方式,可解决连续变断面段落衬砌、小曲线半径段落衬砌、隧道内大断面超高端墙、隧道洞室内消防水池和喇叭口处隧道衬砌等特殊段落衬砌的施工难题。经大量工程实践证明,施工工艺成熟,对特殊段落隧道二次衬砌的施工质量控制效果好,结构新颖,获得了良好的工程效果。 Secondary lining is a key process in underground engineering construction,and lining trucks are commonly used for construction.However,with the increasing use of underground engineering and the emergence of various special section linings in underground engineering,traditional lining trucks cannot meet the current construction needs.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct special research on special section linings in underground engineering to achieve special breakthroughs.To this end,through research on the construction technology of lining in special sections of underground engineering,adjustable formwork structure,detachable variable span lining trolley,high-end wall support system,scaffolding technology for twice erecting the fire water tank in the tunnel,and tunnel lining support structure at the bell mouth have been developed for such special section lining construction,which are capable of resolving complex construction challenges associated with the lining of special sections such consecutive variable cross-section segments,sections with small curve radii,high-end walls featuring large cross-sections,firewater reservoirs located within tunnel caverns,as well as trumpet-shaped tunnel portal openings.Through extensive engineering practice,it has been proven that the construction technology is mature,and the construction quality control effect on the secondary lining of special section tunnels is good.The structure is novel,and good engineering results have been achieved.
