丹芪散治疗糖尿病心肌病患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Danqi San on Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨丹芪散治疗糖尿病心肌病的临床疗效及相关机制。方法:将60例糖尿病心肌病患者随机分为观察组及对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹芪散治疗,观察两组临床疗效及心功能、炎症指标、MMP-2的变化情况。结果:干预12周后,观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的75.86%(P<0.05);观察组心功能指标LVEDP、NTproBNP低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF较对照组升高(P<0.05);炎症指标如IL-18、IL-1β和hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05);心肌纤维化指标MMP-2低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹芪散可改善糖尿病心肌病患者临床症状,提高心功能,其机制可能与减轻炎症反应,改善心肌纤维化相关。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and related mechanism of Danqi San in treating diabetes cardiomyopathy.Methods:Sixty patients with diabetes cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30),the control group was treated with con‐ventional treatment,while treatment group was treated with Danqi San on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,cardiac function,inflam‐matory index and MMP-2 of the two groups were observed.Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 75.86%that of control group(P<0.05);LVEDP and NT-proBNP of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and LVEF was higher(P<0.05);Inflammatory indicators such as IL-18 and IL-1βand hs-CRP were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),and MMP-2 was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danqi San can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with diabetes cardiomyopathy.The mechanism may be related to reducing inflammatory reaction and inhibiting myocardial fibrosis.
