热敏灸对阳虚质亚健康人群NK细胞的影响

The Effect of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion on NK Cells in Sub-Health Patients with Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:观察热敏灸对阳虚质亚健康患者阳虚体质转化分、总体疲劳程度标准分、NK细胞水平的影响。方法:纳入阳虚质亚健康患者60例,根据大椎穴有无产生热敏灸感分为观察组(热敏灸疗,30例,脱落1例)和对照组(普通灸疗,30例,脱落3例),均选取大椎穴进行治疗,每次20min,每2天1次,共治疗15次,比较两组治疗前、治疗后及治疗后6个月的阳虚体质转化分,以及治疗前后总体疲劳程度标准分、NK细胞水平。结果:两组患者治疗后及治疗后6个月阳虚体质转化分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后总体疲劳程度标准分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NK细胞百分比较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),而对照组与治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:热敏灸能有效改善阳虚质亚健康患者的阳虚和疲劳症状,提升NK细胞水平,有助于预防阳虚质易患疾病的发生,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on Yang deficiency constitution transformation score,standard score of overall fatigue degree and NK cells level in sub-health patients with yang deficiency constitution.Methods:Sixty cases of sub-health patients with yang deficiency constitution were divided into observation group(30 cases of heat-sensitive moxibustion,1 case of exfoliation)and control group(30 cases of ordinary moxibustion,3 cases of exfoliation)according to whether Dazhui acupoint had a heat sensitivity.Dazhui acupoint was selected for treatment in both groups,each moxibustion was performed for 20min,once every 2 days,and 15 times in total.Standard score of overall fatigue de‐gree and NK cell level was evaluated before and after treatment,and the Yang deficiency constitution transformation score was evaluated before and after the treatment and 6 months after the treatment.Results:After treatment and 6 months after treatment,the yang deficiency constitution transfor‐mation score of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the yang deficiency constitution transformation score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the standard score of the overall fatigue degree of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treat‐ment,the percentage of NK cells in observation group increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),while the percentage of NK cells in the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of Yang defi‐ciency and fatigue in sub-health patients with Yang deficiency constitution.Heat-sensitive moxibustion can also improve the level of NK cells,which is helpful to prevent the occurrence of diseases prone to Yang deficiency constitution,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
