刃针联合中医综合疗法治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis in Adhesion Period by Blade Needle Combined with TCM Comprehensive Therapy

目的:对刃针联合中医综合疗法用于粘连期肩周炎治疗的效果展开观察。方法:选取我院2021年1月一2022年5月收治的240例粘连期肩周炎的患者,经由随机方式分为观察组(n=120)、对照组(n=120),观察组实施刃针联合中医综合疗法,对照组实施电针中药熏药推拿疗法,治疗时间为1疗程,治疗前后经由VAS(疼痛视觉模拟量表)与ROM(肩关节活动度评定量表)评分来评价2组的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,粘连期肩周炎不管是临床症状,还是功能障碍皆显示好转,同时在总有效率(ORR)上,观察组较对照组偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在VAS评分上,相较对照组,观察组偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在ROM评分上,观察组患者较对照组偏高,疗效上较对照组具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对粘连期肩周炎进行治疗时,应用刃针联合中医综合疗法可快速见效,获得较为理想的临床效果,具较高安全性,在临床中具应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of blade needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period.Methods:From January 2021 to May 2022,240 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in the adhesion period were randomly divided into observation group(n=120)and control group(n=120).The former was treated with blade needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,while the latter was treated with electroacupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and massage therapy.The treatment time was one course of treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by VAS(visual analogue scale)and ROM(shoulder joint activity rating scale)before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,both clinical symptoms and dysfunction of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period showed improvement.At the same time,the total effective rate(ORR)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the VAS score,compared with the control group,the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the ROM score,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the curative effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in the adhesion period,the application of blade needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy can quickly take effect,obtain ideal clinical effect,have high safety,and have application value in clinical practice.
