基于机器视觉的棒材非尺材智能控制与筛选

摘要 在棒材生产线中,受钢坯重量波动、产品规格等影响,不可避免地会产生非尺材,非尺材与定尺材有较大差价,同时在收集区需要大量人工进行分拣作业,不利于企业降本增效和提高劳动效率,因此,有必要对非尺材的控制与收集技术进行研究。主要结合智能装备以及信息化技术,提出一种基于机器视觉的棒材非尺材智能控制与筛选方案,通过钢坯定重控制、尾钢长度控制,降低非尺材产生量,进而实现非尺材智能筛选与收集。在非尺智能筛选和收集系统中,采用了包括视觉检测系统、SCADA数据采集与监视控制系统、机器人应用、节奏控制等,实现整个收集区域的智能化全自动生产。研究成果可为钢铁行业实现现代新型的检测技术和手段提供技术参考。 In the bar production line,the influence of billet weight fluctuation,product specification and so on will inevitably produce nonruler material,non-ruler material and fixed ruler material have a large price difference,at the same time a large number of manual sorting operations are required in the collection area,which is not conducive to reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving labor efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the control and collection technology of non-ruler material.Combining intelligent equipment and information technology,a scheme of intelligent control and screening of bar non-ruler materials is put forward based on machine vision.Through the control of billet fixed weight and the length of tail steel,the production of non-ruler materials is reduced,and then the intelligent screening and collection of non-ruler materials are realized.In the non-ruler intelligent screening and collection system,including visual detection system,SCADA data acquisition and monitoring control system,robot application,rhythm control,etc.,are adopted to realize the intelligent and full-automatic production of the entire collection area.The research results can provide a technical reference for the steel industry to realize modern new detection technologies and means.
