摘要
制动器是电梯运行过程中使用最频繁的安全部件,制动器故障保护功能是确保其可靠动作的重要安全监测功能。介绍了制动器故障保护功能工作原理和失效原因。详细分析了工况模拟法对制动器故障保护功能进行检测时外接检测开关接线形式。分别针对3种制动器打开故障和3种制动器闭合故障提出了对应的外接检测开关通断状态设置方式及故障保护功能有效性检测方法,并开发出对应的检测仪器。应用结果表明,通过设置与制动器微动开关串联或并联的4组外接检测开关的通断状态可快速模拟出不同制动器动作故障时微动开关的输出信号。通过通断检测开关可识别电梯运动状态,据此能自动判断故障保护功能是否有效。提出的检测方法和开发的检测仪器提高了制动器安全性能检测效率和自动化水平,有利于电梯安全稳定运行。
Brake is the most frequently used safety component during elevator operation.Brake fault protection is an important safety monitoring function to ensure reliable operation.The working principle and failure reason of brake fault protection function are introduced.The connection form of external detection switches is analyzed in detail when the working condition simulation method is used to detect the function.The corresponding on-off state setting method of external detection switches and the effectiveness detection method of the fault protection function are proposed for three kinds of brake opening faults and three kinds of brake closing faults.The corresponding detection instrument is developed.The application results show that the output signal of the micro switches can be quickly simulated when different brake action faults occur by setting the on-off state of four external detection switches in series or in parallel with the brake micro switches.The elevator running state can be identified by the on-off detection switch,which can be used to automatically determine whether the fault protection function is effective.The detection efficiency and automation level of brake safety performance can be improved with the detection method and the detection instrument,which is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the elevator.
