摘要
在轨道交通站台门领域,导向机构是核心部件之一,其可靠性的高低直接决定了站台门的运行效率。而半高站台门的导向机构一般使用滚珠导轨、滚轮导轨和尼龙轮型材导轨3种形式,其可靠性和维修保养的难易程度各不相同。本文对比分析3种导轨的结构形式、材料特性、日常保养和运行噪声,得出滚轮导轨和尼龙轮型材导轨更适用于半高站台门。在导轨与滚轮配型方面,使用接触理论,在半高站台门的受力条件下对V形尼龙轮配合V形导轨、V形尼龙轮配合U形导轨和U形尼龙轮配合U形导轨3种轮轨结构进行强度校核,得出U形尼龙轮配合U形导轨产生的接触应力最小,轮轨结构最优。
In the field of rail transit platform screen door,guiding mechanism is one of the core components,and its reliability directly determines the operating efficiency of platform screen door.The guiding mechanism of half height platform screen door mainly uses linear guide,roller guide and nylon wheel guide,which have different reliability and maintenance.This paper studies the structural form,material characterization,routine maintenance and running noise,and it is concluded that roller guide and nylon wheel guide are more suitable for half height platform screen door.Furthermore,the V-shape nylon wheel has the characteristics of self-cleaning and low running noise,and its common wheel-rail structures include V-shape nylon wheel matched with V-shape guide,V-shape nylon wheel matched with U-shape guide and U-shape nylon wheel matched with U-shape guide.In this paper,the contact theory is used to check the strength of the above three wheel-rail structures under the stress condition of half height platform screen door.It is concluded that the U-shape nylon wheel matched with the U-shape guide has the smallest contact stress,which is the best wheel-rail structure.
