摘要 [目的/意义]探究虚拟学术社区内用户知识交流过程与关键影响因素,对推动科研合作和科学发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。[方法/过程]以后悔理论和演化博弈论为理论基础,将社区环境和个性特征相关参数作为研究指标,利用Anylogic开发多主体仿真系统,描述不同情景下虚拟学术社区知识交流的演化过程。[结果/结论]研究发现,个人性格特征比例、知识交流成本和利益损失能显著改善社区知识交流参与人数,知识收益对促进社区知识交流稳定性具有积极作用,并针对仿真结果提出建议。后续研究可增加模型变量,优化量化方式,进一步提高模型的解释力。 [Purpose/Significance]Exploring the process and key influencing factors of users knowledge exchange in the virtual academic community has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting scientific research cooperation and scientific development.[Method/Process]Based on regret theory and evolutionary game theory,the factors around community environment and personality characteristics were the main indicators for the study.And multi-agent simulation system was developed using the Anylogic software to describe and analyze the evolution process of knowledge exchange in virtual academic communities under different scenarios.[Results/Conclusion]The study finds that the proportion of personal personality characteristics,the cost of knowledge exchange and the loss of benefits can significantly improve the number of participants in community knowledge exchange,and the knowledge benefits have a positive effect on promoting the stability of community knowledge exchange,then some suggestions are put forward for the simulation results.Subsequent research can increase the model variables,optimize the quantification method,and further improve the explanatory power of the model.
