基于多波段的太赫兹吸波体高灵敏传感器

摘要 基于目前多波段吸波器工艺复杂且波段较少,设计一种由两个开口谐振环所组成的多频段吸波体高灵敏传感器。采用时域有限积分法对其进行仿真分析。结果表明,所设计的传感器具有4个吸波率96%以上的吸收峰。在其表面附着一层待测物,改变其折射率,发现其各波段吸收峰的频率与折射率之间均呈现良好的线性特性,且在频率f=3.095 THz处具有较高的灵敏度915 GHz/RIU和较高的FOM值19。将其应用于不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液仿真检测,结果显示其可以有效传感3%、5%、7%、9%浓度的葡萄糖。此吸波体高灵敏传感器的出现可以避免吸收峰少所带来的分析物无法检测及检测精度较低等问题,为葡萄糖的检测提供一种新的手段。 The Paper proposed a multi-band high sensitive absorber sensor based on sandwich structure due to the complicated process and less band of current absorbers.Time domain finite integral method is adopted to carry out the simulation analysis.The results show that the designed sensor has 4 absorption peaks with absorption rates above 96%.It can be found that the frequency variation and the refractive index variation of each band have good linear characteristics when attaching a layer of material to its surface and changing the refractive index of the analyte.At frequency f=3.095 THz,a high sensitivity 915 GHz/RIU and a high FOM value 19 to can be get.Finally,the sensor was applied to different concentrations of glucose solution detection,the results show 3%,5%,7%,9%of glucose solution can be sensored effectively.Its appearance can avoid the problem such as analyte can not be detected because of the less absorption peak and low detection accuracy.It provides a new method for the detection of glucose.
