摘要
为筛选出黄金百香果扦插育苗适宜的基质配方和药剂,开展不同基质和不同药剂扦插育苗效果试验。结果显示:以泥炭∶珍珠岩(V/V)=3∶1为基质,虽然扦插成活率较低,但扦插后75 d,新茎最长,达到22.9 cm,与其他处理及对照差异极显著,泥炭配备黄土的基质,新茎总体较短;NAA 1500 mg·L^(-1)处理的成活率虽然比NAA 1000 mg·L^(-1)和对照处理低,但其扦插后75 d新茎最长,比对照增加52.25%,与对照及其他处理差异极显著。综合考虑,扦插育苗可以泥炭∶珍珠岩(V/V)=3∶1为首选基质,选择NAA 1500 mg·L^(-1)处理插穗。
Experiment was conducted to study the effect of different substrates and chemicals on the cutting seedling of Passiflora edulis‘Golden’.Although the survival rate of cuttings was low when peat∶perlite(V/V)=3∶1 was used as the substrate,the new stem was the longest at 75 days after cutting,reaching 22.9 cm,which was significantly different from other treatments and control.Peat was equipped with a loess substrate,and the new stem was generally shorter;Although the survival rate of NAA 1500 mg·L^(-1)treatment is lower than that of NAA 1000 mg·L^(-1)and control,its new stem is the longest after 75 days of cutting,an increase of 52.25%compared to the control,and there is a significant difference compared to the control and other treatments.Based on comprehensive consideration,peat∶perlite(V/V)=3∶1 is the preferred substrate for cuttings cultivation,and NAA 1500 mg·L^(-1)is chosen for cuttings pretreatment.
