1915—1952年金陵大学图书馆历任馆长考述

The University Librarians of the University of Nanking During 1915 to 1952

金陵大学图书馆在中国近代图书馆事业发展史上取得的骄人成绩,离不开历任馆长的贡献,但是目前学界对于金陵大学图书馆历任馆长及任职信息梳理得不够清楚。文章通过对国内外中英文档案的研究,梳理了1915—1952年期间金陵大学图书馆馆长信息,分别是:克乃文(1914年9月—1927年5月)、刘国钧(1927年5月—1928年4月)、李小缘(1928年4月—1929年4月)、陈长伟(1929年5月—1930年8月)、刘国钧(1930年9月—1943年6月)、曹祖彬(1943年9月—1946年8月)、贝德士(1946年秋—1948年)、李小缘(1948年10月—1952年)。

The Library of the University of Nanking made remarkable achievements in the modern China's library history,which was inseparable from the contributions of the university librarians.However,the information about the university librarians of the University of Nanking was not evident.In this article,the author solved this problem through studying the Chinese and English archives collected in China and the US.The university librarians of the University of Nanking during 1915 to 1952 were:Harry Clemons(September 1914-May 1927),Liu Guojun(May 1927-April 1928),Li Xiaoyuan(April 1928-April 1929),Chen Changwei(May 1929-August 1930),Liu Guojun(September 1930-June 1943),Cao Zubin(September 1943-August 1946),Miner Searle Bates(autumn 1946-1948),Li Xiaoyuan(October 1948-1952)
