小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗对肺炎后咳嗽患儿的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules Adjuvant Therapy on Children with Cough after Pneumonia

目的:探讨小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗对肺炎后咳嗽患儿咳嗽程度及中医证候评分的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年2月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的64例肺炎后咳嗽患儿,随机将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患儿采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采用小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗2周。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、咳嗽程度评分(CET)、中医证候评分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗1周后和治疗2周后的CET评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿中医证候评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿肺咳颗粒辅助治疗肺炎后咳嗽患儿能够缓解患儿咳嗽症状、中医症状,促进患儿免疫功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of adjuvant treatment of Xiaoer Feike granules on cough degree and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of children with cough after pneumonia.Methods A total of 64 children with cough after pneumonia admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The total effective rate,cough severity score(CET),TCM syndrome score,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CET scores in the observation group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Feike granules assisted treatment of cough after pneumonia can alleviate the cough symptoms of children,TCM symptoms,and promote the recovery of immune function in children.
