摘要
食管癌是一种预后较差的侵袭性疾病。食管癌在机体中的生长发育和远处转移与肿瘤的血管生成密切相关。许多促血管生成因子在肿瘤的血管生成过程中发挥着重要作用,如缺氧诱导因子-1、血管内皮生长因子等。因此,抑制血管生成已成为防治食管癌发生发展的重要策略。
Esophageal cancer is an aggressive disease with poor prognosis.The growth,development,and distant metastasis of esophageal cancer in the body are closely related to tumor angiogenesis.Many pro-angiogenic factors,such as hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),play crucial roles in tumor angiogenesis.Therefore,inhibiting angiogenesis has become an important strategy for preventing and treating the growth and development of esophageal cancer.
