1990—2020年红河州森林火灾时空特征分析及对策建议

Analysis on temporal and spatial characteristics and strategy of forest fires in Honghe prefecture from 1990 to 2020

基于第一次森林火灾风险普查成果,对1990-2020年间红河州森林火灾的时空分布特征进行分析并提出对策建议。结果表明,近30年来红河州森林火灾次数呈现波浪式上升趋势,森林火灾面积总体较为平稳;空间分布上南部地区森林火灾次数和面积明显较北部地区少;已查明原因的森林火灾中起火原因绝大多数是人为火,占98%以上。在准确把握红河州森林火灾时空分布特征的基础上提出6项对策建议。

Based on the results of the first forest fire risk survey,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of forest fires in Honghe prefecture from 1990 to 2020 were analyzed and strategy were proposed.The results shows that the number of forest fires in Honghe prefecture has shown a wave upward trend in the past 30 years,and the area of forest fires was generally stable.In terms of spatial distribution,the number and area of forest fires in the southern region were significantly less than those in the northern region.The vast majority of forest fires for which the cause has been identified are man-made fires,accounting for more than 98 per cent..Based on accurately grasping the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of forest fires in Honghe prefecture,six strategy and suggestions were proposed.
