伊金霍洛旗山水林田湖草沙综合治理实践与探索

Practice and exploration on comprehensive management for mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasses and sands in Yijinhuoluo Qi

伊金霍洛旗在全国生态功能区划中属于防风固沙生态功能区,是我国“两屏三带”生态格局中北方防沙带的重要组成部分,但全旗生态环境相对脆弱,且存在土地沙化、矿区缺乏治理、湿地退化、林分结构不合理、超载放牧等问题。因此,伊金霍洛旗急需开展生态系统性综合治理恢复当地生态环境。针对伊金霍洛旗生态问题,结合当地生态功能区划结果,在全旗提出重点部署5大类山水林田湖草沙生态保护与修复工程,为该地区生态环境的综合治理提供参考,同时也为北方地区相似区域山水林田湖草沙综合治理提供借鉴。

Yijinhuoluo Qi is sited windbreak and sand fixation ecological functional area of the national key ecological functional area.It is an important part of the Northern Sand Prevention Belt of"two screens and three belts"in China.However,the ecological environment of the whole area is fragile.Land desertification,lack of control in mining areas,wetland degradation,unreasonable forest structure and overload grazing were hash ecological problems.Therefore,it was necessary to carry out systematic and comprehensive ecological management to restore the local ecological environment in Yijinhuoluo Qi.In order to solve the ecological problems in Yijinhuoluo Qi,we divided the county into five ecological functional areas.We Proposed to implement five major comprehensive project for management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasses and sands.The research would provide the reference for the comprehensive management of ecological environment in this area.Suggestion also can provide reference for the comprehensive management of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasses and sands in similar areas in northern China.
