基于层次分析法的病案管理学科评价指标体系研究

Study on the Evaluation Index System of Medical Record Management Discipline Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

目的构建科学合理的病案管理学科评价指标体系,助力医疗机构病案管理水平持续改进。方法通过文献研究和政策分析,2021年5月1日-2021年7月31日邀请20名相关领域专家综合运用德尔菲专家咨询法、层次分析法确定指标构成和权重。结果构建多层次的病案管理学科评价指标体系,包含4项一级指标,12项二级指标,29项三级指标。一级指标中权重较高的为核心业务评价和信息化管理支撑,权重分别为0.4365、0.3149。二级指标中权重较高的为病案内涵评价和数据辅助决策功能,权重分别为0.2678、0.1524。三级指标中权重较高的为数据分析应用功能、病案质量管理架构和主要诊断编码正确率,权重分别为0.1040、0.0555和0.0554。结论病案管理学科评价指标体系强化病案内涵评价和数据辅助决策功能,为病案管理提供科学依据。

Objectives This study aims to construct a scientific and reasonable standardized index system for medical record management,so as to assist the standardization construction of medical record departments in medical institutions.Methods By referring to relevant literature on medical record management and analyzing the policies,the 20 experts in related fields were invited to comprehensively use the Delphi expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the composition and weight of indicators from May 1,2021 to July 31,2021.Results A multi-level standardized evaluation index system of medical record management was constructed,including 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes,and 29 third-level indexes.Among the first-level indicators,the ones with higher weight were core business evaluation and information support,with a weight of 0.4365 and 0.3149,respectively.In the secondary index,the higher weights were the connotation management of medical record and decision support function,with the weight of 0.2678 and 0.1524,respectively.The tertiary indexes with higher weights were the function of data statistics and analysis,the quality management system of medical records,and the correct rate of main diagnostic codes,with the weight of 0.1040,0.0555,and 0.0554,respectively.Conclusions The evaluation index system strengthens the connotation evaluation of the medical record and the data-assisted decision-making and provides a scientific basis.
