Analysis of Hospitalization Costs and Influencing Factors of Patients with Liver Cancer Surgery

目的分析肝癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素,为合理控制肝癌手术患者的住院费用提供依据。方法选取浙江省某三甲医院2019年1月1日-2021年12月31日出院的660例肝癌手术患者作为研究对象,收集住院患者的基本信息、出院诊断、手术操作、总费用等,对数据进行描述,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归模型分析住院费用的影响因素。结果住院天数(β=0.420、t=14.141、P<0.001)、出院日期(β=0.331、t=10.905、P<0.001)、肝切除范围(β=-0.259、t=-8.885、P<0.001)、机器人辅助情况(β=0.224、t=7.741、P<0.001)、使用腔镜情况(β=0.143、t=4.740、P<0.001)、转移情况(β=0.112、t=4.119、P<0.001)、医疗组分布(β=-0.105、t=-3.473、P=0.001)、年龄(β=0.074、t=2.543、P=0.011)均为肝癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素。结论合理缩短住院天数,加强院内药品耗材费用管控,使用新技术,提高院内诊疗效率,合理降低肝癌手术患者住院费用。

Objectives This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses in patients with liver cancer surgery,so as to provide a basis for the reasonable control of liver cancer surgery patients.Methods A total of 660 liver cancer surgery patients discharged from a Grade A hospital in Zhejiang Province from January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were selected as the research objects.The basic information,discharge diagnosis,surgical operation,and total cost of inpatients were collected.The data was described.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses.Results Days of hospitalization(β=0.420,t=14.141,P<0.001),date of discharge(β=0.03,t=10.905,P<0.001),site of liver resection(β=-0.259,t=-8.885,P<0.001),robot assistance(β=0.224,t=7.741,P<0.001),endoscopic use(β=0.143,t=4.740,P<0.001),metastasis(β=0.112,t=4.119,P<0.001),medical group distribution(β=-0.105,t=3.473,P=0.001),and age(β=0.074,t=2.543,P=0.011)were all factors influencing the hospitalization costs of liver cancer surgery patients.Conclusions Hospitals should reasonably shorten the number of days in hospital stay,strengthen the cost control of hospital drug consumables,rationally use new technologies,improve the efficiency of hospital diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the hospitalization cost of liver cancer surgery patients.
