橘皮总多酚的提取及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要 以橘皮为原料,95%乙醇为提取剂,提取橘皮总多酚,并研究不同浓度下橘皮总多酚对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、羟自由基、PTIO自由基的清除率,以评价其抗氧化活性。橘皮总多酚浓度100μg/mL时,其对各自由基清除率分别达90.00%,86.88%,34.98%和6.30%。结果表明所提取的橘皮总多酚具有较好的抗氧化活性。 Total polyphenols were extracted from orange peel with 95%ethanol as extraction agent.The scavenging rates of ABTS free radical,DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical and PTIO free radical of orange peel total polyphenols at different concentrations were studied to evaluate their antioxidant activities.When the concentration of total polyphenols in orange peel was 100μg/mL,the free radical scavenging rates were 90.00%,86.88%,34.98%and 6.30%,respectively.The results showed that the total polyphenols extracted from orange peel had good antioxidant activity.
