烟草萃取液中多酚的去除

Removal of Polyphenols from Tobacco Extract

摘要 烟草中的多酚是烟气中简单酚类的前体物质,卷烟主流烟气中酚类物质的含量直接影响到卷烟的安全性。在造纸法再造烟叶生产工艺过程中,为降低烟草萃取液中多酚的含量、提高再造烟叶产品的安全性,该试验以交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(以下简称PVPP)为吸附剂,考察了其用量、烟草萃取液pH、温度和时间对烟草萃取液中多酚去除效果的影响。结果表明:①PVPP用量、萃取液pH对烟草萃取液中多酚的去除效果影响较大,而温度和吸附时间对其影响较小;②去除萃取液中多酚的最佳条件为PVPP用量35 g/L、pH 5.50、吸附温度60℃、吸附时间15 min,在此条件下,萃取液中绿原酸含量由909.98μg/mL降至354.42μg/mL,莨菪亭含量由58.47μg/mL降至18.21μg/mL,芸香苷含量由430.62μg/mL降至282.47μg/mL,三种多酚总去除率在50%左右;③采用PVPP处理后的烟草萃取液制成的再造烟叶样品在刺激和杂气方面均有改善。 The polyphenols are the precursors of simple phenols in smoking mainstream.The content of simple phenols in smoking mainstream directly affects the safety of tobacco.In order to improve the safety of papermaking process reconstituted tobacco by reducing the polyphenols content in the tobacco extract liquid during the production process,Crosslinking Poly Vinylpyrrolidone(PVPP)was used as polyphenols adsorbent,and its effect on both tobacco polyphenols removal under different PVPP dosages,pH,absorption temperatures and absorption times was investigated.The results showed that:①PVPP dosage and pH had great influence on the absorption of polyphenols from the extract liquid,while absorption temperature and absorption time had little;②On the appropriated conditions that the dosage of PVPP was 35 g/L,pH was 5.50,the adsorption temperature was 60℃and the adsorption time was 15 min,chlorogenic acid content was reduced from 909.98μg/mL to 354.42μg/mL,rutin content was reduced from 58.47μg/mL to 18.21μg/mL,scopolamine content was reduced from 430.62μg/mL to 282.47μg/mL,and the total removal rate of three polyphenols was about 50%;③After the treatment by PVPP,the offensive odors and irritation after taste of papermaking process reconstituted tobacco were improved to a certain extent.
