益生元对抗幽门螺旋杆菌益生菌的作用

Effects of Prebiotics on Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Probiotics

摘要 为研究益生元对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的益生菌的影响规律,试验将8种益生元及其对应单糖替代葡萄糖作为MRS培养基的碳源,对5种抗幽门螺旋杆菌的益生菌进行体外增殖培养,通过分析菌株生长稳定期的吸光度,评价不同益生元对特定益生菌的增殖作用。结果表明:与菊粉、低聚木糖、水苏糖、低聚半乳糖、抗性糊精相比,低聚甘露糖、低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖对约氏乳杆菌MH-68、植物乳杆菌CN 2018、副干酪乳杆菌JLPF-176、乳双歧杆菌Probio-M 8、嗜酸乳杆菌LA-10 A的增殖效果较强。低聚甘露糖与低聚果糖以3∶1进行复配为增殖5种抗幽门螺旋杆菌最佳的复合益生元组合。其中不同益生元对菌株增殖效果存在差异的主要原因可能为益生元本身聚合度大小不同、其对应单糖增殖菌株效果存在差异及其所含糖苷键类型不同。 To study the promotion mechanism of prebiotics for anti-helicobacter pylori(Hp)probiotics,8 kinds of prebiotics and their corresponding monosaccharides were used as carbon source of MRS medium instead of glucose for in vitro culture of 5 kinds of anti-Hp probiotics.The effects of different prebiotics on the multiplication of certain probiotics were evaluated by analyzing the absorbance of the strain during the stable growth period.The results showed that:The proliferative effects of mannooligosaccharide,fructooligosaccharides and isomaltooligsaccharides on Lactobacillus johnsoni MH-68,Lactobacillus plantarum CN 2018,Lactobacillus paracasei JLPF-176,Bifidobacterium lactis Probio-M 8 and Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-10 A were better than those of inulin,xylo-oligosaccharide,stachyose,Galacto-oligosaccharides and resistant dextrin.The combination of mannooligosaccharide and fructooligosaccharides 3∶1 was the best compound prebiotic combination for the multiplication of 5 kinds of anti-Hp probiotics.The main reasons for the difference in the multiplication effect of different prebiotics may be the difference in the polymerization degree of prebiotics,the difference in the multiplication effect of the corresponding monosaccharides and the types of glycosidic bond contained in the prebiotics.
