摘要
在“互联网+教育”的背景下,将重构的“BOPPPS”和翻转课堂应用到食品毒理学课程的课前、课中和课后,通过实践完善教学过程,让学生对学习“食品毒理学”产生兴趣,提高学生课堂获取知识的效率,从而充分贯彻“以学生为中心”的核心理念。
Under the background of“Internet+Education”,the reconstructed“BOPPPS”and Flipped Classroom were applied to“Food Toxicology”before,during and after class.And the teaching process was improved through practice to make students interested in learning“Food Toxicology”and to improve the efficiency of students’acquiring knowledge in class,so as to fully implement the core concept of“Student-Centered”.
