摘要
为总结国内外蛋白纳米纤维(PNFs)的研究现状和热点前沿,以2005—2022年CNKI数据库和WOS核心合集数据库收录的蛋白纳米纤维文献为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件从发文量、作者、机构、国家、研究热点、研究前沿、高被引作者、高被引文献和高被引期刊等方面进行可视化分析。结果表明,国内外关于蛋白纳米纤维研究的发文量均呈波动趋势,发文量最高作者分别为SOLIN N和魏取福,中国是发文量最高的国家。低共熔溶剂法制备蛋白纳米纤维的形成条件和组织工程为研究热点,丝素蛋白源PNFs的稳定性和抗氧化性为研究前沿。KNOWLES T P J为蛋白纳米纤维研究的高被引作者,(KNOWLES T P J,2016)为高被引文献,Biomacromolecules为高被引期刊。综上结果,CiteSpace软件能全面、科学地提供蛋白纳米纤维的演变历程、研究热点和研究前沿等信息,可为国内研究和进一步应用提供参考。
In order to summarize the research status and hot frontiers of protein nanofibers(PNFs)at home and abroad,based on PNFs literatures collected by CNKI and WOS core collection database from 2002—2022,CiteSpace software was used to conduct visual analysis from publication amounts,authors,institutions,countries,research hotspot and frontiers,highly cited authors,highly cited references and highly cited journals,etc.The results showed that publication amounts of PNFs at home and abroad were fluctuating.The authors with the highest publication amounts were SOLIN N and Wei Qufu,and China was the country with the highest publication amounts.The formation conditions of PNFs prepared by deep eutectic solvent method and tissue engineering were research hotspots,and the stability and antioxidant activity of silk fibroin-derived PNFs were research frontier.KNOWLES T P J,(KNOWLES T P J,2016)and Biomacromolecules were highly cited author,literature,and journal,respectively.In summary,CiteSpace software could comprehensively and scientifically provide information on the evolution process,research hotspots and research frontiers of PNFs,which could provide references for domestic research and further applications.
